I can be found, by the window, at my favorite local coffee shop writing. I write middle grade and young adult novels and am an active member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
I lead creative writing workshops and was recently a writer-in-residence at the Noepe Center for Literary Arts in Edgartown, Massachusetts. I am also lucky to connect with leading innovators across a spectrum of industries through my non-profit fundraising work at The Connecticut Forum.
I grew up in way Upstate New York--the land of endless lakes and winter, before moving to Boston to cut my creative teeth as a commercial copywriter and producer. These days, I live in Connecticut with my husband, two sons and (supposed to be a labradoodle but so not!) dog, Daisy.
